There's no need to write to the JSA BDC Manager as well as your MP; your MP will pass your complaint to the JSA BDC Manager for a reply anyway. There's no need to duplicate work, they have enough to do as it is.
The Government can't expect to reduce the civil service and expect the same amount of work to be done as well, there is only so much one person can be expected to do - I know that doesn't help your case but don't blame the workers, blame the Government! As usual the MP will pass it to the JSA BDC manager to find out why the claim hasn't been dealt with then in the next breath say they need to cut down the civil service, although I have to agree there are too many chiefs and not enough indians!!
  • Thank you for the sarcasm. I was only checking to see whether or not there was a dedicated address for written complaints .

Best and quickest approach is to pop down to your local JC with your letter addressed for the attention of the BDC Manager and hand it in to a member of JC staff requesting a photocopy and date stamped (received) receipt of the original.

The address will be at the top of any letters you receive in respect of your JCP claim.

This is the problem I am yet to receive any
I signed on at 4pm and took the letter with me. I explained the whole story to the man who was checking my job searches and he told me that changing a single claim to a joint claim always confuses payments. He apologised for the rudeness of the call centre staff. He took the letter of complaint and addressed it to the payments office for the attention of the manager, private and confidential and said that they would send it to them. He made a note on the system that I was having difficulties getting money and also told me about getting a crisis loan.
Hopefully I will receive an apology from the payments office soon and even some money perhaps .

You can write to your local JCP by recorded delivery. Believe it or not, the people there are capable of signing for your letter. It will then be passed to the Area Manager.
You really are some sort of a tool aren't you. You try to belittle people at every opportunity. The OP was only asking a question that required a simple answer and not such a pathetic and sad reply from you. Were you bullied at school??
