O2 overcharging, how long?
I recently downgraded my contract from £35 to £30 and I was assured that my web bolton would remain as I use it everyday.
First month it went fine and was charged £30.
2nd month they charged me £25 for internet so my bill was almost double!
Rang up and they said they would credit it on my next bill.
Now ive checked online and they seem to have charged me for internet AGAIN!
How many months would you find it acceptable for incorrect billing?
Is there anyway if it continues that I can get out of my contract and move elseware?
Thank you:rolleyes:

I don't think you will beable to leave, as the web bolton is not a core service, so your complaint is really at the poor customer service for not applying add ons correctly. So long as they refund you with trouble, i doubt they will let you out early.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
If they have changed your contract to your "material disadvantage" then all you need to email CS and tell them that you are cancelling.
They did this to me for two moths running and after batting some emails back and forth and asking me to call retentions, which I had to do twice, I was told my PAC code will be with me on Wednesday. I am still waiting for money to be refunded so I am out of pocket. No further charges, no having to pay to get out of my contract, which has 16 months still to run. No attempt by retentions to keep me as a customer either, so all going to plan I should be with a new provider very soon.We all evolve - get on with it0 -
When you arranged the downgrade did you confirm that the bolt on would remain on the contract? It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
