hi everyone!
ive been reading through the broadband discussions on here and i am now taking the transfer from fast4 dial-up ;D(lol) but at £5 its a steal but just lately it has been making me angry.

im considering going to virgin b/b as it has free activation and is only a 1 month contract so at 17.99 for the first month and free connection sounds good.

i just need to know if the 1 month contract is correct and what sort of timing to do regarding getting my mac code from them for my new broadband provider whichever one i choose?

also any other advice or reccomendations for a broadband virgin?
p.s
i already have a wifi router by the way.

m. :D

just ordered it for my mum (she's a silver surfer..lol) and it is only 30 day notice, so no 12 months for sure !!

if you want to transfer just ask them for the MAC when you give them notice...the only ones who will not play ball are Tiscali ..
