Well I say well done, who wouldn't be pleased to get a slot! However when you (rightly) mention that its one of the best sales, I find myself feeling even worse!!!! :0)

You can't blame people for ringing up and getting a slot. It should be down to Next to give the same answers to everyone. They shouldn't be telling some people one thing, and others something else. If you're offered a slot on the phone you're hardly going to turn it down are you.

Having said that, I don't agree with people lying to get their slot, that really isn't on.

Rang CS again and said i was told 4pm and nothing has happened. She said the invites were coming out between now and midnight so keep checking! AARRGGHH!!
