:eek: omg!!! i just rang cust services ad they said that i wasnt on the list for a vip slot...........???????????? But she said that it doesnt mean i wont get one...?? So confused!! I have spent over £1000 this season but she said its random. I cant beileve it, i was so needing to get a vip slot this year as i have loads to buy, and coz im preg i cant really go barging in the sale at 5am. Im so gutted, i just hope i get one somehow a miracle might happen. She said they will go out on sat or sunday!

if your all being told that u have been selected or not that means they must have some sort of list........

I note you say your availavle £0.00 but........ my credit limit used to be £3,000.00!!! and when i went on the other day it said credit available £61.00 and i am no where near £3,000.00 - this has happened before and i have spent over the credit limit it says and it has let me so not sure if that is absolutely accurate.

yes i would ring again coz you will prob get a diff advisor. The one you had wasnt in a very good mood by the sound of it!! I dont know how they work it out, its so unfair, i really hope i get one, but she said i might be added to the LIST over next few days so its a wait and see business! Def try again...good luck!

ooo! I got one coming apparently!! Need help now- I am a VIP Virgin, do you advise going through the catalogue and placing all items of desire into my basket and just checking out when slot comes up? do items stay in basket for a few days? is there a "wish list" option (a bit like the boots site- did that last year!) TIA
