I don't have a VIP slot but have been browsing the listings from the link posted earlier, several people have said electricals appeared on the listings at 7pm but I am not able to see them and wondered where they are listed. Are they in a seperate section as usual, because they are still not showing on the listing from the preview link? Thanks.
Yep, they are in a separate listing - in the drop down box that has Homewares, Childrenswear, etc.0 -
How strange - just called CS to ask about the delivery charges, and the lady said, "oh, it's free delivery until midnight tonight"!! I told her I ordered through the sale and she still said about the free delivery...but then said if I do get charged 2 delivery charges that because the orders were done in the same day they'd only charge me for one. Not sure if I believe any of that?!!!
I've just phoned CS about this too as I had to place a few orders separately and the guy said that he couldn't see the order info at the moment as they don't have a "live" system but only one delivery charge should apply. I asked if this was automatic and he said it should be but if not and I am charged more than once then to phone back and it would be refunded.
Must say I'm pleasantly surprised about tonight, think it's been the smoothest vip for a while, although it was a bit slower as it all started. Would say about 99% of the stuff I wanted was still in stock. Happy days :j.0 -
When I first tried logging in the site was crazy - but then that's 'cos everyone was probably just about to check out having got in early - I should have checked here first, lol!
I switched browsers thinking it could be Safari but still pretty slow.
Having said that after about ten minutes of being patient (well, trying to be!) I found the whole thing really straightforward, much better than my last time a couple of years ago. You guys had put me at ease about checking out and signing back inso only a couple of pairs of boots went out of stock for me and that was my own fault for leaving them til my second order.
Could not believe the savings in the Tall section! .....and towel bales, I am obviously easily pleased.
ETA I just found some Soul of Africa boots and tried to add them and hey presto, they went through at half price even though my slot is supposed to be up. ;o)0 -

Really had my heart set on that as everything else was mainly bedding or clothes for son or husband. Husband has been laughing at me as must have said a hundred times "can't belive my sculpture disappeared as I was checking out". It was there .... system went really slow.... then was SOLD. :eek:

Aside from that and some socks I got everything I wanted so I should be thankful shouldn't I? Even got my rug which is a xmas present for me out of money I know I'm getting from family (sounds sad but I love updating home accessories and can't justify buying things willy nilly these days). Thanks to a pp who advised using product numbers in quickshop (can't remember your name but I did press thanks button on your post yesterday).

Lol Certainly wasn't me, I was sat there diligently waiting for 7pm on the dot like a saddo so there were no ornaments left for me. Even my little photo frame went out of stock as the wheel of death spun :rotfl: I did get one cushion though, haha, what on earth was I thinking, one cushion!! I intended to change the amounts at the checkout stage then forgot.:D

said in my email invite orders wont be delivered until 28th at least and even those items in stock said 3 -4 days delivery in my order email but at checkout delivery said 7-10 dayseither way doubt it will be before xmas
