Some around here have started, but like us I think most will go up this coming weekend. I hope it's dry so OH can get the outside lights up too.

It's DS's birthday on the 19th so it goes up after he's had his birthday celebration. Otherwise he wouldn't get a birthday poor mite!

    Ours went up on Sunday.
It's a tradition that the tree is up & lit when the not-so-little Luxes return for Christmas. DS2 is due back on Friday & we're busy all week, so Sunday was the day!

Ours is going up once we've removed all the kids Lego Star Wars models  (in various stages) up into their bedroom! We've foolishly allowed them a corner in our sitting room and we can't put our tree up until they're all shifted! Hopefully, some time this week.

I put mine up yesterday - its a bit scaled down from what it was last year, but it looks lovely! Bought some new lights in BHS sale at the weekend and they look gorgeous - they really brighten up the room.
