Yes you will need to download and install it again - I think it can only be installed on one PC per account, so hopefully the last to be installed wins. You will need to remember your username/password to login with.
I presume we are talking about the same thing, as the one I have allows me to watch what we subscribe to, and I haven't had the need (or seen anywhere) to add credit.0 -

I did wonder if that would happen. The only way I can see of proceeding is to contact Sky customer services, this must have happened before - presumably they can release it from their end. You may have to do a declaration that your old laptop is toast.
