I think you May have to sign off for 2 weeks as you are not seeking work within these's 2 weeks and you'll have to make a rapid reclaim when you return, but I'm not too.
When My jsa Ran out after 6 months my HB and CT was stopped,but was suspended until I got signed up for jsa income based but as soon as the income based jsa was all sorted out :eek: took 5 weeks.It was all backdated!! I know my reply has gone off topic but it may help someone.
so I think this applys for hoildays too not sure but Its just a guess!!0 -
Ok Quick question, If you have a holiday you booked & paid for while working 6 months before becoming redundant ... and you decide to still take it than lose money in cancellation fees and get stress release. I know you lose 2 weeks JSA
In the interests of clarity, you would only lose two week's JSA if your holiday coincided with your benefit weeks, otherwise you are likely to lose more than 2 weeks.
