Most of the posts following 9th February were from less than a handful of members either seeking a response from FC about whether the competition could be restarted/asking whether it had plans to pay anything for A/C clicks despite apparent fact that FC had not been paid for the clicks and had put funds into cashback guarantee on majority of its non no spend offers and the highest "minimum" loyalty bonus/top up that any cashback site offers or posting about lack of communication/FC having deserted the forum despite the forum having been kept running on clear understanding that it was to be on this basis :
"So we're happy to give a member run forum a go where you'll be able to discuss issues amongst yourselves"
Around 45 members some of whom "may be" household related will be disappointed that the BB competition promotion finished and probably a lot less than 45 members will be disappointed "if" the forum has been closed, I have only guessed from member account IDs that are on MSE that Fatcheese membership is around 20000+ most of whom are probably more interested in Price Runner up to 17p daily click and fact it pays, payments actually in Bank Accounts often within 24 hours ( If members B/A receives instant payments) following redemption request, minimum extra 2% bonus on top of 100% rates on everything except "maybe" I read on the forum someone said "might" include no-spends albeit "might not" be on daily clicks, cashback guarantee on most of its non no spend merchants, opportunity of 1-1 Live Support during working hours with its owners and/or paid staff to discuss anything at all with often instant answers something that is not always possible via forums or support tickets.0 -

Surely the best judge of that are both the members who use that facility and the organisation concerned who will know how many members that it serves per day/month/year.
I agree it was a silly idea to keep the forum going without stated admin/owner presence because having agreed to it some members merely posted about lack of communication/deserting forum etc when their was not anything of apparent significance having been posted requiring priority owner/admin time/resources.
The owners and those who run the site certainly have the right to make any decisions they see fit, but as I said in my other post even though I didn't post on the forum much or even go on the bonus ball, I, and probably many others who we could call the silent majority often read and learn't from them. I would even go so far as to say that even if the forums didn't seem busy that were probably the most popular of all the support options. Personally, and speaking as a member I think that they made the wrong decision, but time will tell and on this occasion I hope I am wrong.
As a point of interest though how many good sites don't have a forum?
TopCashBack may have been a contender, but even they have a forum now, perhaps due to popular demand. If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours0 -
Over £100 per yearCan anyone shed any light on this? I've got £2.63 approved from Speedcashback and have been trying to request a withdrawal for a £2.50 Amazon voucher but it's telling me that the request has failed because I don't have enough earnings approved.ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0

Minimum for Amazon was previously £5.00. They changed it to "£2.50 minimum" in the drop down list in the account section, but they haven't changed the restriction message when we actually try to cashout! :doh:0 -

Thanks! So does that mean you can't actually cashout until you've got £5 approved then?ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -

Not by Amazon, unless there's a work-around their system. When I tried last month & had the same problem as you I, just gave up & thought I'll do it this month. To be honest I didn't bother contacting admin myself because I've never found them very helpful even if they do reply.
Speed is great for confirming the few dailies 'speedily', but nothing more in my opinion, and not good at getting back to you on queries.May be dropping them (admin) an quick email will help.;)I haven't had any clicks cancelled recently even though alot of them go K&Co.0
