Well, so far TCB have emailed me back to say it's probably THSW blocking me/OH because we use the same computer and IP address... even though I told them in my email that we used different computers and IP addresses! (Why don't people read queries properly the first time? If it's because they're too busy they're just creating more work when they have to answer it a second time...) So I'm waiting for another reply now... hopefully get to the bottom of it soon.

I've been doing some offers on Fatcheese.ie that UK residents are eligible for. When I made the withdrawal, they asked for a bank statement which I provided.

    Today they came back with
I can confirm we received the bank statement you sent on Saturday. Many thanks for sending this through.

Our systems show you are accessing FatCheese.ie via a UK IP address and the document you have provided also show us you are a resident in the UK. FatCheese.ie and it's offers are designed for residents of Ireland only as per our terms & conditions.

Please note there is an UK version of the site which can be found at www.fatcheese.co.uk which is suitable for use for your location.
Well that's €4.32 down the drain. I won't be bothering with either Fatcheese UK or Ireland if they are continuing like this.

As a UK resident and member of UK Fatcheese it would appear that you joined Fatcheese i.e in full knowledge that it was a site for "Republic of Ireland" residents in order to attempt to get around the restrictions that Fatcheese Uk site have on number of times that non recurring no spends can be done.

Last week you was going out of your way to promote I-Mutual apparent cause referring to "Richard" as if he is a buddy of yours. ;)

Maybe Glider you should ask "Richard" to set up a I-Mutual i.e site for Republic of Ireland residents so that as a UK resident you can do some extra no spend cashback offers.;)

I was a long-term user of Rpoints, so have come to refer to Richard as such (and this is how he was always referred to by others on the Rpoints forum).

I don't normally post in this sub-forum as I can neither give any relevant advice or ask for any. However this thread is of interest as I use daily click sites and there doesn't appear to be any other relevant thread.

The Fatcheese Ireland cashback was NOT for daily clicks. They were all for offers that were valid for use by UK residents. The thing that p***ed me off with the Fatcheese response was that they have received the cashback, so the merchant must be happy with these leads but it will be kept by Fatcheese rather than being passed to me. If they weren't happy with me using the site, why not tell me earlier before I had earnt some cashback?

And for the record, I used to promote Fatcheese on here as I was really pleased with their service:

Maybe FC returned the cashback to the merchants network.

Looks like you broke their T&C's in the first place, so surely, you can only blame yourself?

TopCashBack replied to me again and said it's nothing to do with them and I should try using a different browser or clearing my cookies (which again I told them I did already and it didn't help). But if they say the tracking problem is not caused by them... I guess it must be something else. Although christ knows what!

Thanks for keeping us (or at least me) informed. :)

I know that HSW try and restrict how many track per household but you seem to have covered all the bases on that.

I know you say you have tried different computers but have they all been in the same building? Just a thought.

TCB have always appeared to link household account and in some instances limit recurrences between the two accounts - was the same with A/C clicks 2 tended to track on my account with only 1 tracking on hubbys account and visa versa. Some no spends have only tracked on 1 account.

If they do link household accounts then change of IP/PC would not make any difference.

"If your computer is used for more than one TopCashback account (i.e husband and wife) then allowed transaction recurrences may be determined across these multiple accounts as part of fraudulent usage prevention".

I find that very hard to believe, if it's nothing to do with TCB then how come we can click through from two accounts with Quidco and it works fine? It's clearly a TCB problem...

Thanks for asking anyway thriftymanc and please post back on here if you ever find a solution.
