Help please on computer problem

Hi,

Yes its IE, not tried another browser, have done the malware scan and its thrown up 9 items, 6 are to do with ascentive (a programne that was supposed to correct errors and scans things)

Delete them ~ you should never have installed Ascentive

Why? OH saw it on the tv and used it as computer was slow, but i guess all its doing could be done free all along if you know what your doing??

If malwarebytes has picked them up, its picked them up for a reason.
