    Volvo s40. It's an S reg.
  • first step i would take would be to get a spare from a breakers yard and see if that fixes it. Or if you have access to a multi meter try seeing if you can make and break a circuit with that

if the switch is working, have a look at your relays

Did they start flashing when you pressed the switch or just randomly

is it related to the hazard button (stuck) or the alarm system?

Thanks guys..am tempted by the big hammer...lol I pushed the button tp put them on and although the button itself is not stuck they wont go off. Istuck a piece of paper under the button and that stopped them flashing but can hear the "thingy" clicking quietly. And just to round things off..the battery is now flat....grrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry, how do i get the button out and if its not too techy..where and what is relay ? Please baer in mind I am a woman..lol

As I'm unemployed at the minute , paying someone is not an option.
