Hello,anybody dealt with mopay or had problems? I sent 5 phones off to mopay after filling in the details for them on their website.This was about 5-6 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.!.Time to worry?

Did you send them Special Delivery or signed for?

If not then the chances are that they haven't got there.

I'll be sending mine off via signed for, that should cover what they've offered me.

I have used them twice, once with no problem but the other time I had to email them, It took about 3 emails before they paid up, hopefully you have the serial numbers. Good luck

i have used them several times.

The last time it took about 3 weeks for them to send the cheque becaue they're very busy.
Drop the an e-mail: sales@mopay.co.uk with your order numbers asking if they've recieved them and when the cheques are being posted and they'll tell you if they have been recieved.

Thanks,I have e-mailed them a number of times and according to them they have sent the cheque out twice.So mabye third time lucky.Sorry I did'nt respond quicker to your answers .I am still trying to find my way around the site..cheers:beer:
