Xbox not returned to me

I sent my son's xbox for repair to a company we have used before. It had a faulty dvd drive. It was collected by DHL and received at company. I paid by paypal for the repair. When it got to them they said it had RROD and had I put the wrong repair on the order. Paid an extra £20 again on Paypal, to get this other repair fixed. On 23rd November received an email that it had been shipped back to me. allowing for time in DHL hub should have been returned by 25th November. No xbox so sent an email. Eventually after 4 emails was told it was still there and would be shipped on Tuesday 1st December. Have emailed but again had no reply.
Should I now dispute this with paypal??
Is there somewhere else I should ask this question. Also not only am I down by the cost of the repair, but minus an xbox which I will probably have to replace.

It sounds like a good time to speak to them on the phone - they must have a contact number somewhere. If they tell you again it has been sent out by courier, then ask them for the tracking number - you can then see if they are fibbing or not.
After that, then a PayPal complaint is reasonable, but they are only going to refund what you have paid out - not the value of the Xbox.0 -
There is no phone number anywhere on their website, nor in yell.com, so can't ring them.
If they have sent it they should be able to give a tracking number as they use DHL. Otherwise, they have actually stolen my sons xbox.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I think you probably need to write to them making an official complaint, and telling them what you intend to do if they don't return your repaired goods. You should have enough evidence (with the emails requesting additional money and their lack of a return tracking number) to go to the small claims court.
May be worth posting on the Consumer Rights board, as you may get some more informed advice.0 -

why?? Its out of warranty.shouldve used microsoft thats all im gonna say
It's a company I had used before with no problems. I put enough money in Microsofts pocket by buying the thing in the first place, have no intention of giving them any more.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

It might be temporarily lost in DHL land .. I had a delivery go missing for a whole week once .. (a bike engine on a pallet) .. when it finally turned up, it looked like it had been dragged around a muddy field!!
Are you sure you didn't get a tracking no.?0 -

Can you give us more details as to who the company is ?
Maybe we can find out more about them for you - where, who etc - if you gave us a bit of info. It's amazing what you can find out with a bit of digging ...0
