Mine has tracked on quidco and recieved confirmation email for both! Not had a cancellation though!

Are you using 'old' look quidco or 'new' look quidco (I think everyone is on 'new' quidco now, but not sure)?

yes new version,i only joined in october and was able to use old version before but doesnt look like you can now

I miss 'old' quidco! Don't like new quidco lol. Anyway, mine seems to be working ok, I know that's not much help. Sorry, I don't know what else to suggest, maybe logging out and logging in again, but I assume you've done that.
