I have received a confirmation from Paypal that I have paid Thorntons £3.95.
However, I haven't had an email confirmation from Thorntons, and the order isn't showing in my account history.
Has anyone else had the same problem?0 -
ive had email confirmation and also paypal confirmation of payment to Thorntons, paypal account is showing £3.95 deduction to Thorntons. I have not checked thorntons tracking though.0

Ive had Order confirmation emails on both orders,( got everything crossed it goes through) and the money has been taken.People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...
