    well you usually have a dell % off code and also topcashback gets 6% back 2 months later, so that can easily knock 50+ pounds off. Its how I got my studio 15 reduced from £810 ro £530 (£235 special offer 10% off code and 6% cashback)

    Not in particular - there might be more complaints about them on the web than about a smaller retailer, but given they sell many more machines, this doesn't mean their complaints rate is any worse.
