The one thing that I would be concerned about in this situation is whether or not you have been placed at risk having unprotected sex with someone who is in another relationship (or maybe even relationships) now 0 0

This has been discussed ad nauseum on these forums. Please use the search facility or go to the official site regarding definition of "living together as husband and wife"
I really do wish that it was as simple as a set number of nights!"If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

            GOING OFF-TOPIC
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: While it’s easy to wander off-topic that often prevents newbies finding the information they want quickly and easily (please see this rule). OP - regardless of what he has said, the DWP will not run an investigation that will be wide and far ranging. I agree with LazyDaisy, tell them what happened (it was a one off and a mistake) and that you are now pregnant. He patently still lives with his girlfriend but still sees his children.
I would suggest that he is wondering how on earth he is going to explain to the younger model that he has slept with his ex wife whilst seeing the children and now has another little one on the way  a termination is your decision, as you are already aware that you will have to bring this baby up by yourself. I dont know if your ex works but his liability will increase for 3 children under the CSA too, to 25% of his net wages (another good reason for encouraging a termination)
In response to the other posters, number of nights is an urban myth, it is the contribution made into the household and whether the DWP deem that you are living together as man and wife, not the number of nights and if they have a seperate address.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0

THanks for all posts. Am definately going to have this baby, It was a mistake and we only slept together a few times since we split up in march but this is whats happened and i wont change it!
Now, any advice on how to bring it up with the job centre?
just unsure of what to say!
IT seems the younger model is ok with the situation and there was never any way we would get back together!
I am also moving back to my home town so will be an hour away from where he is, surely this will help prove that we're definately not a couple?0

Do you have a lone parent adviser at the JC? If you do then I would make an appointment to see her when you have passed the 12 week mark (before anyone shouts at me they are usually female!) and then go and explain that you are pregnant, and get her to tell you what you are entitled to. That way it is all out in the open and you can breathe easily again.
Honestly there is nothing they have not heard before so try not to worry Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0
