Has anyone got a Hi sleeper bed - wobbly question?

It's not just Argos furniture. We had high-sleepers for our 2 children they did not like them once the novelty have worn off.
My DS does not like dark corners etc he had a huge dark space under where he was sleeping.
DD did not like the way the bed squeaked when she moved.
Luckily I only paid £70 each for the beds from Tesco0 -
