Best I phone deal?

Hi, My partners contract is up now and we are looking for an I phone but o2 want 80-odd quid for the phone to upgrade, yet when i upgraded to the i phone afew months back it was free.
It's only free now tho on the £45 tariff, but we want to stay on the £35 tarriff.

Been looking round on the t'internet but cant see anything any better, just wonderd if anyone had seen/heard about a deal?

I think you'll find new iPhone prices & upgrade deals the same even with Orange becoming a seller.

However you could do what I'm doing, getting O2 to unlock your existing iPhone, then selling it on eBay or similar. A 16GB 3G's in good condition are going for £250+.

Go on to the o2 upgrades website and key in your phone number. Get them to send you an upgrade reference (sent instantly by text) and use that to run through the upgrade process online.

The system has a few (major) bugs and it lets people do things it shouldn't. o2 has thus far to close these loopholes.

I recently upgraded 5 MONTHS EARLY on a 18 month contract from a Blackberry to an iPhone 3GSi at no upfront cost.

Give it a try - but don't tell anyone
