Virgin Free Movies- 2 month offer

Hi all,

We recently got Virgin and when I called to set it all up the lady I spoke to told me that they would give us 2 months free of the Movies. Great, I thought. However I have no idea how to use it, I have called the Virgin helpline but I can't be bothered to sit on the phone for hours... Does anyone know what this might be and how to use it?

Saw this and had to post - be careful :

I was offered this from them on Sunday evening last week form foreign call centre and I asked the advisor again if its defnatly free ? Do I need to call to cancel it after 2 months as I dont want to pay for it? She reassured me its a 2 month free thing that would auto turn off and i dont need to worry about it.

I doubled checked this on Monday and as expected she was tottaly wrong - if it goes past 2 months I would have been auto-billed for it, the customer has to manually call up and cancel it or they bill you for 3rd month!

Please make sure you double check it with them.

This was from a UK call-centre, and she did tell me that I would have to call and cancel it so that's not a problem. I just want to know how to use it!

Not sure what you mean use it?

The channles appear after they have activated the 2 months free - just go through programs and you should see Movies on there.

Usually you dont need to do anything they just add it on account and send message to your virgin box.
