Contact your Police community support officer & tell them what has happened as someone else said this needs to be recorded & of course if he calls threatening you or starts removing things call 999 - he sounds like a typical bully & sees you as easy pickings wether you report him to trading standards or not is up to you but I wouldnt discuss things with him or tell him what you may or may not do - Good luck !Theres only two rules to remember1) Im always right2) See rule 10

The plastic guttering and sofits dont costs that much a couple of hundred at most, the reason I know is a guys how as doing house next door who I got chattering to do me as he is in trade so VAT on a couple of hundred for plastic would be around £50 tops give or take.
As for painting it isnt the right time of year to paint a house even back in early December0
