    Morning all

Grey here today, got wet coming home from school drop off.

Been busily tidying the whole house all morning. Just having a cuppa and a catchup and then off to post an ebay parcel before cracking on with the flying.

  • just ignore me people I am just having a carpy evening - being pathetically sorry for myself -I think its partly because this is the first christmas I have been so restricted and its beginning to get to me - feel like a beached whale, no nice clothes , cant wear nice shoes, cant drink alcohol, have to watch what i eat, not allowed to eat alone, not allowed chocolate- not meant to go out on my own - no money - spent the last 5 hours arguing with turbolister/ ebay and cant get it to upload photos so havent managed to list anything and the possible MR Toots has swine flu so I may not see him before Christmas!
I think I am over tired too - please please just ignore me and dont mention it - I will be fine tomorrow!

    toots xx
Big hugs sweetie, it all sounds very frustrating and you are allowed to moan and rant, we all care and want to listen even if we can't do much to help :A

Miss A, I’m glad you had such a good time last night. I was very pleased to see you’d done a sponsored swim, that’s wonderful! What charity was it for and how much money did you raise?

Hugs De.Nattom, it sounds to me like you need to stop worrying about your mum and nan and focus on your own stuff, taking on all their problems won’t help any of you

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Good morning all,

Thanks to Pigpen, Toots and Soappie again this week :T. Sorry I disappeared last week. After collecting DS1 from school, he spewed down the outside of the car, through the window  and of course because of my weakened tum I got the bug too. Have just crawled back out of the pit I was in. Had gastroscopy on Friday, only slight inflammation showing so CT scan this week. Have lost a stone in 3 weeks, which is the silver lining I suppose but not a way I would have chosen to lose it.

Will flutter along somewhere in the background again this week if that's ok, will go back to wrapping last few presents now which is where I was before the phone dragged me back to computer.

Hope everyone is okay? Hugs to all who aren't,

    Mel

  • Morning all!
Just thought i'd pop in to say hi and update you all! I am still here and reading/watching!
The childrens school have been fantastic, and organised some funding to get the children to/from school so i dont have to worry about that! Jase's mom came up trumps and was busy organising all sorts, so now Amelia has gone to nannys. Origianlly we didnt think she would be able to have her as she works, but she has arranged number of aunts etc to have millyboo whist she does the lollypopping! So, i have now become a weekend mummy! Heartbreaking, and missing her terribly but i cant do anything else, as cannot physically look after her, so having to be strong! Jase went off this morning, so wont see him till friday now, so am all alone! Watching trashy day time tele, and catching up on threads etc. Thinking of maybe getting some xmas cards made as i have my craft stuff to hand. Not sure how easy it will be laying flat though!
This morning went ok! Jase sorted out the childrens clothes and ironed them for the week, so have 5 little piles! They dressed themselves beautifully this morning, and helped eachother!

LOVING the idea of pimping my frame and wheelchair! Yes please!!!! They are soooooooooooo boring!
I've been told will be on the frame and in the chair if i go out for between 8-12 weeks, then its onto crutches, again chair if long distances, for another 4-6 weeks and then we have to take it from there. Waiting for the adult social worker to call me to see if i can get a career, i'm really stuggling to wash and dress, and my hair is in desperate need of a flaming wash! I am aching for a bath too, but as cant get upstairs! And i'm getting sooooooooo fed up of sandwhichs!

Sorry for babbling! Shall let you get on with your cleaning! Might go and buy some more xmas pressi's!
