    The system is the same on all of BG's credit meter tariffs usually something like the first 670 kWh/quarter at price x, then the rest at price y.
    There's no easy way to get that onto a prepayment meter - if you just charged the first 670 each quarter you'd be paying a lot more for the same gas in different months.
    At least by doing it daily it spreads it out.
