n95 8g problems with hearing calls

have got the above,they can hear me but i cant hear them unless if i have the phone opn loudspeaker..i suspect the phopne has had it,anyone else exsperianced this

    Have you dropped it? I have the same problem with my Nokia 6124.

    yep,lots of times..funny how can hear it on loud speaker tho...was thinking of doing a reset to original settings,i take it i would loose all my contacts

    I can only hear it on loudspeaker too. Because you've dropped it, I doubt reset would work.

    just an update..you guys was on the rite track...had a look & noticed it had split (around the ear peice)from the the base so to speak.bit of superglue & hey presto
