tmobilw contract question

Hey Folks
I have an LG arena on tmobile combi 15,it has 100minutes and 100 texts for £15 month,i am now 6 months into an 18mnth contract,
my question is i really want an iphone which i should have gone for in the first place,do you think tmobile will do anything for me,if i agree to go onto a more expensive contract with more minutes and internet,or something like that or will they insist on me completing my contract and paying it off if i want out

Not with only 6 months into contract, your only option is to get another contract with iphone.
Or buy iphone on payngo, sell the LG (wont be worth much in terms of iphone) and use it with your existing contract.

In short, no they won't. Even if you were to pay for the handset, t mobile won't allow you to upgrade until the 17th month of the contract.

Surely it would be much cheaper to pay off the existing contract (12 x £15 = £180) than it would to buy a PAYG Iphone at £350 minimum?

this is what i think i will do and recoup some of this back by selling my lg arena,how much do you guys think its worth

well using the old phone tool on the main website you would get £74 cash or £85 high street vouchers. So i think you will get around £110 perhaps. But you would have to go to another network to get the i-phone as t-mobile will not allow you to take out a new contract for the i-phone. Its only avaialbe as an existing customer who is available to upgrade. ie in month 12,18, or 23 of their contracts.
