Biscit - Pitfalls???

Have been with BT for tooooo long, and seriously considering applying for BISCIT FreeMAX - Broadband, Line Rental and 720 mins of calls for £19.99 a month.
I can't find much on here about BISCIT (is there a reason for this?) and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about their offer. I am not bothered by the 2GB CAP - I can only get a 512k connection anyway so am not going to start streaming videos or anything. I don't really want to go the Talk Talk route, so PIPEX is my other contender but BISCIT just seems an all round better deal for my requirements.
So what are the pitfalls?? All thoughts welcome.
