I recently used the 30 pounds off 60 pounds + orders for new customers at Very. Theyve taken 71 pounds from my account, but no discount has been applied it seems. A pair of boots is still to be delivered. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else and whether the discount was refunded?

Discount is refunded back to the card on despatch of the goods.

You sill see the discount applied to your card when you receive the last item

I do not know how the company can afford this, I ordered some stuff got the £30 discount, Plus two items were on sale, Came to £48 with P+P and discount and then they send each item on its own!!

I have spent over an hr trying to use the code, to it best, tried to pay and it says my visa is a delta!! aaarrrrrr! i will try and ring it through tomorrow.
