Sad to see so many Hatboxes were missing items but I'm SO impressed with how Soap and Glory have responded.
I emialed the wrong Soap and Glory first :o but when I finally emailed the right company my email back was so lovely.
The only problem is that I spend extra long in the shower now, their shower cream is just gorgeous!

  • I had the clean mary missing out of mine :(
so today i emailed boots and they had credited me 600 points. Compared to others this seems a little low but as it is £6 to buy a bottle in boots I guess it is fair. At least they have decided to credit me something. Advised my sister to check hers as well. I cannot believe how many people had things missing. Such a shame really as it is such a great set.

Just off to test the Ifoam now :)
