i still don't know if i am getting mine. It still hasn't been delivered to store :mad: me thinks it is lost some where Is anyone else still waiting?

quick question girls, my order is now showing as 'received in store' on boots website. I haven yet had a collection email. If I go up there now with my dispatch email am I likely to get my items?

I went without the collection email and it was fine. I just gave them my order confirmation and he was able to go and find it in the stockroom.

I'm gutted!! I had bought 2 x hatboxes from Boots when the special was on. One for me, and one for my best mate - it's her 30th Birthday in Feb and she looooooves S&G, in fact she was the one who put me onto it. I know she wanted one as she'd mentioned them (but knew that at £50 she was unlikely to get one for Xmas).

Well goddamnit, her goddaughters bought the hatbox for her for Xmas! (Their mum must be a Bootser, might even be on here?).

Anyway, so now I have a spare hatbox and nobody to give it to - do you think Boots would take it back? It is still sealed, the plastic tape holding the lid on is still in place. Or alternately is there anyone one near the Oxon/Berks/Wilts border who would like it?

If you don't get any takers, you can return it to Boots.

Since her birthday isn't until Feb, she'll probably be thrilled to receive another hat box of S&G goodies by then

my sister got one for my teenage neice however she's not really liking it my sister uses molton brown so I'm hoping to inherit it
