Boots OOTW 18/12/09

I tried the sexy motherpucker lipgloss, and thought what's all the fuss about; there's no tingling.. And then it hit me. It's like pins and needles, strange feeling. It looks lovely though and I find myself putting the gloss on just for the weird feeling, hehe.

I would!!!! You may not get the items you ordered but they should give you a gift card or points,at least!!! I would demand something for the total inconvenience of it...which ever one suits you better i reckon!!! I have complained over little things in the past and they have sent me £5 - £10 gift cards...it's not what you want but better than nothing.....and,make sure they refund you for the items you've not received immediately if you haven't received it yet!!!!!!

I complained because I ordered 3 things in the sale, paid extra to have them delivered soon so they would be here for presents for new years day and only 2 arrived, so they refunded my postage after I complained. I was well p&ssed off as I couldn't get out anywhere to get another gift....

Of COURSE you should complain. That's a no brainer. They'll apologise and credit your advantage card with 1000 points (£10) as way of an apology. That's what they did for me when one of the items in one of my hat boxes I ordered was missing.

That reminds me, I need to go to my local store and get the points added to my card on the machine.

she said that other people must have ordered at exactly the same time as me and when they got to picking my order they never had any items left i complained and she gave me a measely 250 points I am going to write to boots complaints and see if i can get anything else back aswell as not at all happy,

ive still got lots of s&g here as above im a lush fan happy to send to anyone that wasnts to cover couriers etc xxx only charge £18 for the hat box though as i got points on my order making them down to £18 xx

Nooooooooo....I did an audit of my last Hat Box and there are two things missing, do I just email Boots to complain? How can there be so many people with problems with their boxes?? I've double checked it all, I don't think it's me going mad.

This is quite common I think I was missing some stuff and emailed soap and glory and they were lovely and sent me the missing stuff no problems whatsover.

I managed to grab a hatbox that a SA was putting on a shelf in the Coventry city centre store. I spied the SA walking around the sales aisles with it finding somewhere to put it - hawked her down and swiped it as soon as it hit the shelf haha It was still priced at £20 even with the 'sale' but I bought it anyway

My GF was carrying it around the store for me, and a lady came up to her to ask where abouts she found it..hehe
