Boots OOTW 18/12/09

Was in Boots at 8.30am on day 1... despite mounting excitment, managed NOT to open my hatbox till today. And - boo hoo- its got no Daily Smooth in it. 250ml - the biggest item, just not there. And yes, like a good Xmas elf I definitely checked this twice.

No way to prove it wasn't there. Anyone got any suggestions?

Opened mine today, 3 bits missing! Not impressed! If I'd opened day 1 I could have swapped instore! :mad:

Thanks for the warning on the lip gloss, i thought i would try it out to see what it was like - only im not daft it was not on myself but my 12 yo son lol, told him it was just like using lipsyl so he gladly went along with it. Five mins later was shouting mom, mom my lips are on fire haha. His 15yo sister said he was a wuss and wanted to see what the fuss was about and soon joined in the shouting haha this is what xmas is all about:beer:

I love the fact we are using the lip gloss as a form of torture.

To the lady who didn't get all the stuff in the box, I would ring up Boots, a few posters got a refund on the box.

I missed out on this and was so gutted... then I got to my mums today for christmas dinner and low and behold... shes got me one very very happy bunny!

Calling customer service would probably get better results than going into a store.

I have just checked ebay: the boxes are selling for £50 PLUS £15 postage, and one person is even just selling the box on its own, claiming it has a leather handle - mine didn't! I feel like filing a complaint for misrepresentation!!!
