Like a few on here - ordered mine at 2.05am on 18th got despatch email and was told it would be in my local store yesterday. Called in and was told would be in 2day and when I went in today was told hadnt arrived and wouldnt be getting it!
Called customer services and got a very poor apology, offered a refund and 500 extra points! So I am now down 2 xmas pressies ;-(
So gutted and had to panic buy to replace!

i'd ring them again i got the 40.00 refund and 4000 points 500 seems a little tight.

This forum has been so helpful - first in letting me know of the bargain, and secondly that they would go down so well. My DDs are so pleased. I had no idea that S&G was so highly rated. One DD said that she always looked at the range in Boots longingly and hoped one day to afford them. On opening she said, "And they are full sized!" "The spray on moisturiser smells soooo good. I'm going to use it as perfume".
Santa has been praised this year for the excellent present.

I'm such a happy girly. Though I'd missed out on this offer as I finally got some work in the run-up to christmas so couldn't get into town and didn't have any money on my card to try online.

So when I opened my prezzies this morning and found my husband had not only remembered I wanted one (impressive in itself!) but had gone first thing in the morning on the 18th to get me one! And managed to keep it secret, yay! I knew I loved him for a reason!

Mine admitted he wouldn't be any use at remembering so I bought myself one and have just come out of the shower having used the facial scrub, i-Foam, body butter and moisturising mist :rotfl: I smell sooooo good

What a lovely surprise! My husband would never, ever remember anything like that or take a hint about a gift. Which is why I pick out, order and wrap all my gifts myself! At least I always get plenty of perfect gifts, lol.
