Mine to be collected tomorrow, sorry to others who PMd just answered the first lady who can collect from me and is very local too.

Not worried about the cash for it but donation to Breast Cancer would be appreciated.

Hope other people get one, come on you lot with lots, share, it's christmas and it has made me feel really good by sharing mine!!

I'll be phoning them first thing in the morning. Do you think it's fair to ask for my next day delivery charge back .... after all they've not all been delivered!!!

I'm sure they'll gladly refund the next day delivery charge, and maybe add points onto your card for the trouble. The problem is they may not have a third one to send you now (though after the dust settles they may find a few left and can accommodate you). If they don't have another to send, I'd complain that now you are left a few days before Christmas without a gift that you had ordered and paid for in good faith the week before, and at least they may give you some more points. Cold comfort if you really needed three for specific people, but better than nothing.

Mine was supposed to be delivered today by DHL. As the Boots website provided me with the tracking information, I've kept an eye on the DHL site all day. It went out for delivery at 8am, and at 5.30pm was returned to the DHL service centre. Reason given: "undelivered due to adverse weather" :rolleyes: Thankfully I am not in a rush for it so don't care if I only get it on Monday, but I am a bit annoyed that I paid a bit extra for next day delivery and am not getting next day delivery!

Hi everyone,
A big thank you to everyone who posts their bargains here. Just came back from Boots in Leicester Fosse Park and got my very first S&G set and there are still about a hundred left there. I am very very pleased with my purchase and have already started using the hand cream and it is absolutey gorgeous.

Try contacting Boots CS. I had to do this today as I paid for a Saturday delivery and never got my S&G (only received the toiletries I'd ordered) so they've refunded the postage costs and have said I should receive my S&G on Monday.
