Apparently my friend went to Runcorn yesterday and they were completely ransacked of them.

We Runcorn folk have no taste, so it wouldn't surprise me if there was still about 80 of them there

Just spoken to CS and was told there were 2 hat boxes allocated to me and would be despatched soon. I asked why people who ordered hours after me have had theirs despatched and i'm still waiting, he couldn't explain why this was happening. If your order is still showing as processing it may be worth giving CS a quick ring to see if you have been allocated any boxes. CS also said he had to tell a few people this morning that they wouldn't be getting their order as there was none allocated to them.
Hope everyone who didn't get one yesterday manages to get one today.

 Oh no, how awful to think you had one and then you don't! I called CS and was told that the system shows I have one coming Tuesday even though the order is "processing". But it was told in a mildly vague way. So I asked again if I definitely have one coming, and was told yes. I'm a bit nervous still, and won't be quite satisfied until it is in my hands (and in good condition!). It is my anniversary gift and hubby will feel so bad if I don't get it, and I'll have to try to act like I don't care if it doesn't come or he'll feel worse.

For those who receive a delivery today: Will some of you please tell how it was packaged, and if it arrived in good, clean condition? Some of my past deliveries have been a real mess, but I think they've started being more careful.

Your links dont work. Also best not to post lins to E-Bay if everyone on her hates E-Bay so much. Yes I am an E-Bayer but would not post a link to my own listing which is I think what people are doing. Thanks

Oh no! Sorry, didn't realise it was a bad idea. I sell stuff on Ebay too sometimes but was just having a look on there at what kind of mark-up people were selling them at, and thought it'd be funny to stick it on here. Sorry if I was wrong to do this

I was one of those who stayed up until 3a.m. and still didn't manage to get one:( Anyhow, as I am housebound at the moment, my lovely OH has been trying to get me one instore - to be told by a sales assistant that so many people bought online at 2am that the system crashed (Ah! It's our fault, not Boots' rubbish system!) and they aren't expecting any more in store!!!

I emailed Boots and had the reply that they'd fixed the website, try again. Out of stock. Yah boo sucks. So poor OH now has to put up with me being ill AND grumpy, lol!

    I've sent you a PM :)

  • I managed to place my order for 1 soap and glory hatbox at 3.20am luckily hubby woke me up to say the website was back online, took so long to finally get through to verification though. Just phoned up customer services who have confirmed its in the warehouse waiting to go out.

If your worried, they are lovely at customer services and are happy to check if you are worried about not receiving one.

I really do hope that those who couldnt order online or missed out can still manage to get one in the shops, I think some peoples greed has meant others have missed out - not aimed at those who bought six for gifts or anything, just those who have bought to sell for a profit.

Merry Christmas and festive cheer for all
