Do not use this company!. They also trade under UKDS, UK Digital Solutions and Smart Company Formations.I find them totally unreliable,they never return phone calls,emails and invoice you under different names, to what your qoutation states.
There trading adress is 13, Old Field Rd, Pencoed, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan CF35 5LJ.Avoid like the plague!

According to me it is better to select any well known online company registration. It is a cost effective and fast way to register a company, when compared with normal process which takes more time for documentation and paper filling process.0

I disagree, do you think that well known is the same as reliable? Smart B2B have been around for quite a few years, they are part of the Fields Group Ltd paper-mill companies in Bridgend, who also run Quickie-divorce, Tribunal Action, Fields Data Recovery, go ahead and read the threads about them on this website. Nothing beats a personal recommendation of course, baring in mind that the recommendation is only as good as the person making it.0

or Smart B2B Services or Fields Associates, whatever Jamie Hamilton Wallis and Daryl Hamilton Wallis decide to call themselves. DO NOT USE THEM. I Paid £131.40 for one of their packages and they only completed part of the job. They incorporated my company but did not submit my VAT application. I contacted HMRC approx 7 weeks later and they had no details on my company's VAT registration.
Have tried to contact Smart Company Formations on serveral occasions via email and telephone with no joy. I am now taking the matter up with Consumer Direct to hopefully help stop this from happening to other small new businesses.0 -
Finally today after alot of tracking down and emailing someone replied. They apologised for not registering for VAT but didn't even mention why they had ignored my previous 6 or so emails and could not be contacted by the telephone number on website.
They volunteered to do it 8 weeks late. I have already done it onlie. Not a total loss though they offered me a 50% refund. 01656 763674 is a direct number to them.0 -
After living the nightmare of working for this joke of a company I can honestly say don't waste your time or money with them. Customer service is the last thing they are concerned about and it's all about getting the money off the customer. They offer products as part of the packages like free business bank account and a blackberry mobile phone, but all they are doing is signing customers up for contracts that they probably don't need or want. There isnt enough support staff to get back to customers who complain so you can expect a long wait before you hear from them. Customers will call in on a premium rate number on numerous occassions only to be put through to a number which doesnt get answered. I couldnt believe how unprofessional this business was when I worked there. Happy to be out of there now
