Haven't received £50 Tesco gift card from Sky?

Hi everyone.

We ordered our Sky back in late September/early October and I remember at the time of booking we were told we would get a free £50 Tesco gift card with our package. Annoyingly, I neglected to read the small print to find out how/when we would get it, and if we had to do anything else to get it.

Point in fact, it's now December and we've not received anything. I've tried to find info about it on their site, and I tried emailing them but I just got an automated response. Does anyone know anything about this? Or is my best bet to ring them?

Hi, we also subscribed to Sky in September, the deal I thought we signed up to was a £25 tesco voucher for the HD and £25 one for Sky Sports. We recieved one £25 voucher in the post a couple of weeks ago with just a compliments slip from Sky, no explanation. I'm waiting to see if the other voucher turns up in the next week or so, if not I was going to give them a ring.
