erm ...........anyone know much about Citroen ignitions?
I can't get the key to turn
I got in, faffed with the seat for ages and it won't turn. i'm wondering if I've triggered an immobiliser as I was in it but hadn't started it
Got out, locked and unlocked it with the central locking, no joy
Not a good start :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

Well done Becky!
BB, was the steering lock on? Sometimes jiggling the steering wheel means you can turn the engine on. Not sure if there's anything specific to Citroen's though. Sorry to hear your OH's being such an idiot. Do any of your local chemists do delivery? Maybe if you phone one and explain they can come to you.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
I love Argos, just reserved all my friend's kids christmas presents for pick up today! result!
(she has six kids so I was dreading getting it all!)Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
Yay! there's a code on the grabbit board for £5 off at Asos and it's free delivery. So I got two pairs of colours tights, which I've been looking for for ages, for £3 delivered! They've also got some makeup I like so I'm thinking of getting that using a different email account, but I'm not sure I'm young/thin/trendy enough for sparkly eyes.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Everybody is young/thin/trendy enough for sparkly eyes if it feels right for them(I am a big fan of green glitter eyeliner - and am not young, thin or trendy )

OH was sat in the car after starting it. He puts the seat belt on, closes door.
BB: erm.....(a bit nervously) you haven't been named to be able to drive it
OH: I am fully comp. I can drive any car.
BB: erm....they specifically asked who would be driving it.
OH: I can drive any car (selects gear takes off handbrake and revs)
BB: erm......it's in Neutral.....(Drive is the next notch down, and the positioning isn't a straight line down the gear stick, the delivery guy had to show me)
OH: (slams on handbrake, leaves it in neutral, turns off engine, gets of out car and stomps off to his behind it) DON'T call me again
BB: I was just explaining you were still in neutral?
OH: I would have worked it out
BB: but if you'd have taken your foot off the brake, you'd have rolled downwards (I'm on a hill) and into your car (right behind it).
