Snaggles - I emailed them the other day and got the following response:

    Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that we have received your order for the Classic Chocolate Tasting Club Introductory Selection.

We are currently creating a fresh selection of chocolates and this will be despatched shortly.

Please accept our apologies for the delay, and if there is anything further we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

I placed my order with them on Sun 22nd Nov.

Can't remember how to check estimated delivery.
    HTH, Lucy

Thanks very much - my despatch date shows 26/11, so that seems to imply it has left them and is en route to me, but it's well over a week since then, and nothing has arrived.

Postman looks to have put on a few pounds though..... :rotfl:

That is the worst thing isn't it Spud, when we can remember that we did those things too but it is only now we realise the consequences of it! I used to find it hard to tell my daughter off for things that I knew I did too at the same age!!

Thats the big problem isent it.
They dont think through the consequences or even think about them at all.

I got really scared last week when she was doing some homework about abortion. She made a comment about swallowing a condom to prevent pregnancy, despite me having shown her one and explained how to use AND having a whole day on the subject in school recently. Clearly not paying attention with a huge 'wont happen to me' attitude

Unfortunately I do like quite skinny men. It pains me because they just make me feel worse about my own body shape....but runners bodies do it for me every time. I hate bulging muscles though - I would go for a relaxed physique and a belly over that any day.

No, I like big men because i'm tall, and not exactly slim, I like my man bigger because he makes me feel almost delicate and feminine. I like summink comfy to cuddle up to, not all bones :D

Are you sure she wasn't joking to cover her embarrassment about knowing how they SHOULD be used Spud?

It's a worry though, and it's good that you can be open with her. Hope the lesson at school was as good - ours consisted of a bloke of about 60 years old (who we doubted had ever had sex) telling us very sheepishly about contraception, and he couldn't even use the words 'sex' or 'condom', he was so embarrassed.

Woohoo, sister made a mistake with the gig so she's going to be home early enough to get a bus. So I can get an early night.

    Spud, that is scary.

Yes, I can understand that. Mr Sunday is just about tall enough to make me feel small, and strong enough to make me feel delicate, so it's all good. :D

Not to mention his stamina, flexibility and imagination...

Our sex education was terrible. I'm ashamed to say it was only a few months ago that I finally realised that sperm don't bury through clothes and build ladders out of themselves to get up the vagina. It was the school nurse that told us that, it never occurred to me to doubt her, until I told ex and after he'd picked himself up on the floor and stopped laughing he dragged me to the computer and googled to show me the truth.

No, she wasnt joking Snaggs unfortunately. We're very open, and I have even shown her one, and how to use it because I think it's important for her to know these things.

Their sex ed day recently was lead by a teacher, but had a group of trained older pupils showing them certain bits in an attempt to prevent embarrassment etc.

They have these 'days' regularly on varying subjects, and she seems to think they're a mess about day
