Oh dear, I'm starting to get bad vibes from all of this ...0
-
I've never had any particular problems with see tickets but was prepared for the customer service to be poor when my bank declined to authorise my payment on Thursday (they classed it as a high fraud risk being an internet transaction for a relatively large amount on an online payment which is a bit peculiar given that I often buy tickets)
I rang see and they were extremely helpful - much more so than my bank. They sorted it all out with no fuss, the chap I spoke to was very pleasant and friendly and I now have confirmation of my 5th row tickets.
Can't fault em0 -
Just as a matter of interest, do you still have the telephone number in case I need to phone them?0
-
If you look up your booking on the online tracker their phone number is at the bottom.
I have had a couple of problems with them. The last concert I went to they hadn't sent out the tickets so with 2 days to go I had to ring up and arrange to pick up at the venue.
The other time I was assigned seats in the back row of the furthest block despite booking the moment the tickets went on sale. The tickets sold out in 10 minutes but later that day tickets were available again and were much better than I had been assigned. However, when I phoned to complain they were very nice and allowed me to change the seats for the better ones.
I've used them lots of other times with no problems.0 -
I find them great for theatre tix, awful for gigs.
But I always email rather than phone when my tickets are late/not arrived.
Never had a problem with getting tickets reissued at the venue though.
I keep using them as I hate all of ticketmasters extra fees.0 -
I'd rather pay all the fees and extras with Ticketmaster. At least they turn up!!
With See, its roll your dice and hope they arrive or hope they have enough donkeys (sorry people) to post them before the concert date deadlines.0 -
I have to say that I appear to have been very fortunate with Seetickets.
I have bought dozens of tickets through them (admittedly always standing tickets and not seated) and I have always received my tickets on time from them. In fact I received an email from them this week to let me know that there would be a delay in despatching tickets I purchased for an event next September. I wouldn't have expected them until much nearer the time anyway.
So, it appears to be hit an miss.0
