why not just ring them up, and find out.... after all, you dont want to be in the same situation 10 months down the line, with a demand letter for 10 months subscription0

All charges for BT Broadband go on your telephone bill. Have you received it yet?al_pacino wrote:has anyone any idea when i will be charged ? they havent emailed and iv basically no idea when or IF they actually will0 -

they havent givin me any notice to say when they are due to recieve a payment .
iv no intention of phoning them and wasting endless time & money on the call
It's up to them to tell me when im due to pay0 -
fair enough - just dont come on here in 10 months time and moaning that you have to pay for 10 months worth of access at the same time then...... have you even tried emailling them?0

if you dont want to waste money on an expensive number use https://www.saynoto0870.com and search for a number for BT, the number may not be totally free but it may be cheaper than the one listed on the phone billNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

BT is free anyway, 150 from a handset or 0800 800 150 :rolleyes:0 -
This is because your online bill shows previous bills (including service charges) and recent calls. It does not show any extra service charges since your last bill (only recent calls). By service charge, I mean line rental or in this case BT Broadband fees. Your next bill will include charges for the broadband since it was activated and charges for the next period.al_pacino wrote:iv checked my online phone bill & its not on it
