cousin survived redundancy but............

happywarmgun.thanks for your advice.the manager has apologised to her,but said he doesnt think he broke any rule.he also mention that the role is gone and he cant do anything else for her.
do you think she should contact HR direct straight or what is the best alternative?are you thinking what iam thinking :T0 -
To be honest Tiger if the role has now gone, I suspect the window of opportunity is closed. An apology is the best she will get. I suppose it is best to focus on the positive which is that she didn't get made redundant.0
