Its a stoc photo so you cant tell from that.
Reasons include:
No hologram
Black DVD case instead of blue
No age classification on the DVD case
The DVD appears fuzzy
The colours arent distinct and clear
Who/how do i get someone "official" to concur?0 -

you can contact FACT who will give you a letter, but it may not be quick, especially at this time of year.Did you know you can get Viagra software now??? Yeah, it turns your floppy drive into a hard drive0

Thanks - mail states i need to provide confirmation within 10 days - cant see that they will be able to do at but ill take a look at their website.
BTW - i would thank people on the thread but the button has dissappeared. Guess its gone the same way as my money!!0 -
As I understand it you need to get a letter from a supplier for example HMV or take it to trading standards who will destroy it and give you a letter confirming it as fake which you then send to Paypal.
Don't open the dispute until you have the evidence as you only get 10 days to prove it.
ETA sorry didnt realise you'd opened dispute. Try the two places I suggest though asap.0 -
Its just nonesense though isnt it. In addition it was listed as new and the CD is scratched all over. Never in a million years!
Cheeky sod - ill enjoy the neg when the time comes though!!0 -
From your point of view as a buyer, yes it's a pain but if you were a seller and Paypal simply accepted the buyer's word it was fake and refunded, you'd probably be aggrieved too.
Have you emailed the seller?0 -

Yeah - reckons he bought it. Im fairly sure you cant sell any DVD's without an age classication on it. I could be wrong tho.0
