actually it does appear to be for Euro Car Parks.
"Cheques should be made payable to Euro Car Parks."
"All further correspondence you recieve will be from Euro Car Parks, who have now taken over the situation. Please do not contact the Co-Op further."
So, is this Euro writing the letter? Thanks,

So, is this Euro writing the letter?
This is the same as Tesco. They provide a "help line" which is manned by Tesco employees, but all the dirty work of "policing" the car parks and sending out threatening letters is actually carried out by private parking companies. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I looked at the example letters from Euro, but haven't recieved one yet, maybe becuase it was on camera and they have sent one acting as the ticket? I will report back when they send further correspondence.
Thanks a lot for all your help everyone - you've saved me a lot of time and effort. Thanks,

I have received a letter PARKING CHARGE NOTIFICATION.
 Bury Lancashire
 Boy was I angry!!!!!
End of October, I took my daughter to Halfords, on a Retail Park she needed to buy a present for a friend, this retail park now has an attendant issuing tickets to anyone who parks their car and leaves the car park to shop elswhere. We saw this guy with his little hand held machine and he saw us arrive, and I looked at the new sign CENTRAL TICKETING patron Parking only, so yeah ok I am shopping at Halfords so no issues.
We went directly into Halfords and with purchases out again, on returning to my car there was a envelope stuck to my windscreen, parking ticket, I didnt open it but the offending attendant was still there so I asked him what the h##l was this, he apologised and said he told "HIM" ( no one else there) to put it on that car over there not yours(mine). So he took the envelope with the ticket inside and screwed it up, I asked him to make sure it was deleted off his hand held machine, and insisted that I saw this, which read "my Veh Reg cancelled wrong car"
Then today this letter asking for £135-. I dont know what the initial fee was, as the NICE man took it back. The ticket was issued at 11:28am, I have a receipt for the purchases in Halfords 11:33am. After some research and a forum from another website, the general response is to ingore the letter and DO NOT PAY. :money:so thats me! what letter 0 0
