    Dont use unless you can fford to spend the 60+ quid in the first place, I've just cancelled my whole order.

    I'd advise people NOT to phone them. If you think anything's "iffy" with your order (i.e the code doesn't go through or you've been charged the full price) simply cancel your order or return the goods.

    The last thing we need are these companies cottoning onto the fact that MSE members are using their codes. :rolleyes:

    My order is supposed to be getting delivered Monday. I am going to get the item and wait and see if I get the discount credited back to my bank.

    If I don't I'll send it back for a full refund,

    How do I get a refund? Getting a refund from Woolies on most items is simple with our 14-day approval guarantee. All you need to do is return your item:
    • Within 14 days of receiving it
    • Complete and unused
    • In the original packaging with the security tags unbroken
    We’ll refund the money to your card within 30 days of your cancellation.

    There are some item that don't have this 14-day approval guarantee. We'll tell you if what you're buying isn't covered when you place your order.
    If you have any problems, or if the money isn’t back on your card within 14 days, fill in a refund request form or give us a call on 0844 822 1010.
    We hope this answers your question. If not, try again using the search box.

    I didnt have time to cancel my order, it was dispatched immediatly.

    And said code was from HDUK not here :P

    Thanks for that mine's due monday as well, just got some clothes and jimmies for the kids but will defo return if i don't get it, will be peeved though as was a great saving for me :rolleyes:
  • I've just recieved a confirmation email which clearly shows the discount and underneath it says this:



    If you use a cash discount promotion such as £10 off, and you pay for your order with a credit or debit card
    then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of the
    order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount.

  • Had email saying my order went through at £49. Hope they dont take full amount. HASSLE

  • On my confirmation email there was an option to cancel but don't be so hasty

    im a bit worried now.
    My confirmation email says £47 after discount but if i track my order it says £77!!

    Any ideas?
