  • I ordered at 3.14pm and my order has already been despatched, just hope they honour the discount.
  • Yes people, just sit tight.....don't start panicking.

    The codes should all go through OK. They take the full amount from your card, then deduct the £30 discount after.

    If for some reason you get charged the full cost, simply return the goods if you no longer want them.

    And just to add, DON'T phone them enquiring about the code either.

    Lord I go out for a few hours and hear allsorts of hell has broken loose!!! I basically heard from a friend who emailed me this morning with code as she ordered a ds and thought I may be interested in the price!!

    Had no idea it was part of Littlewoods (derrrrr) but all the same why would they have you sign up as a new customer on that site but not to Littlewoods it makes noo sense!! I received my confirmation email saying the discount was valid so I hope they endevour it, after all if a deal is valid on a website and you hear via word of mouth sign up to that particular site and as a new customer not have the code honured its wrong after all they benefit in sales on their sites and gain new customers with discounts promotions, me one of them.

    If they are part of Littlewoods and they have used the same template for their woolworths site and not been thororugh in their check im sure the money its going to cost the van drivers/packers and sales department in phone calls more than the loss of giving us a break and a little discount!

    This is on my account statement at woolies, so looks like discount has been refunded, I ordered on Wed and received items on Thursday. Still not showing on my bank account but it usually takes a couple of days and it was only put through yesterday.
  • ive just checked my order on the tracking.... and yes its says the full price.....no discount....but even worse...... i ordered a SILVER phone.... but on trackin order it says PINK !! my son wont be chuffed!!!!!!!!

    Click on Transaction History and you should see the discount has been credited to your card.

    I sent a jacket back, no problem, arranged return online last night and it was picked up today with my smaller size jacket delivered at the same time, only problem is you have to reorder item for exchange so you have to pay for it again and get refund when item arrives back to depot.
