Eclipse Evolution Broadband Option 2

Hi,
I am moving home and need to set up ADSL service in the new place. Eclipse has been recommended. I wonder whether its Evolution Broadband Option 2 will be suitable for me.
I work from home, and need the Internet from 2:00 pm to 1:30 am. My average monthly usage is 4GB.
The ADSL service I need:
1. min speed 1MB, preferably 2MB
2. must offer SMOOTH and RELIABLE services, i.e. no frequent and abrupt cut-offs;
3. good local technical support. No offences, but I would prefer not to have to pay the 0870 price and talk to some gentleman in India each time I dial tech support.
Given my circumstances, is Eclipse Evolution Broadband Option 2 the right choice? Or can you please recommend a better package? Thanks indeed.

Save yourself some money and sign up on option 1.
I'm on it at the moment and I usually get a reliable connection above 1MB ( although it depends on your line length and condition ) the Technical support is UK based and can be called via on 01392 XXXXXX avoiding the higher call costs involved in using 0870 numbers.
You get the first month free and can always change packages later on if you decide option 1 is not for you or even migrate out to another ISP as it's a monthly contract , terms here ~A connection fee of £47 including VAT is payable for new connections (1 month contract), or this fee is waived if the free setup and hardware option (12 month contract) is chosen.
P.s.
I have a refferal code for Eclipse and if you were to use it on sign up I will offer you half of what I get.0
