upgrading 3 mobile boradband contract

My current 3 mobile broadband contract is due for an upgrade soon. I got a good deal 18 months ago - 15 GB a month for £15 + cashback from quidco.
I would like to get 15 GB again as i'm heavy user, but can only see 5 GB a month. Does anyone know of any sites I can get a good deal again please ? I have looked but get easily confused *lol`

    I see it now - I guess I need to wait to my upgrade day and go to my3 and upgrade from there? Thanks for your help :)

    i rang them up and haggled. they knocked £4 off the usual cost and sent me a new modem that allows data speeds of 7.2mbps - huawei e1750.

    have been using huawei e169g which has generally been fine....

    Three seem to be pretty OK at negotiating renewals. My 5GB @ 15.66pcm deal comes to an end next week.

    For 25.00pcm I'm going to get 15GB, free MiFi modem, new super-fast (7.2mbps) dongle and Samsung netbook.

    I think this is a pretty good deal considering I regularly went over my 5GB allowance.

    I didn't want to spend any more really but I'm happy with the extra nine quid to get all that extra stuff.

    Finally upgraded :) Got 15 GB for £11 a month and the huawei e1750, and since my current dongle is broken, I am happy with that
