Certainly I have heard good things about this package. It seems good value for money, reliable service (although this has been contested by some), and a good phone package.

The NTL channel on Sky has more information on it.

    A few things to check:
What is the monthly download limit for internet?
Is it a fixed contract for all three, or if you wanted to say, move phone provders after 8 months would you be penalised for all three?
What exact channels you'll get with NTL? What are the rates for additional channels? What is the cost for multi-room setups?
    Rates to call mobiles/international numbers?
Customer support? Online billing? Call monitoring?

Apart from those questions, it seems good. You can also get cashback on it via some cashback sites (not sure if I can post them here).

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers and take care.

    Hussein.

Nope thats not true... They can't charge you to receive calls, only if its a Reverse charged call actioned by an Operator (100) or by an external company such as 0800-Reverse.
